At Derris, we take pride in delivering premium quality apparel and ensuring that your shopping experience is seamless and trustworthy. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with the seal tags and packaging intact.
All returned items undergo a quality check (QC inspection) before the refund is approved.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
❌ Non-Returnable Items:
Custom length orders and made-to-order products are not eligible for return or refund, as they are specially crafted based on your requirements.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, you may initiate an exchange request within 14 days (subject to stock availability).
Exchange items must also pass QC inspection with original tags intact.
Shipping & Delivery
We provide shipping across all states in India.
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation.
Estimated delivery timelines:
-Metro Cities: 2–3 working days
-Other Regions: 4–6 working days
You will receive a tracking link via Email/Whatsapp once your order has been shipped.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase before dispatch.
Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
