2. Products and Orders

2.1. All products listed on Derris are subject to availability.
2.2. We make every effort to display product colors, details, and sizes accurately; however, slight variations may occur due to device settings or fabric characteristics.
2.3. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (for online or partial COD orders) or upon confirmation for COD orders.
2.4. Derris reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, including suspected fraudulent activity or stock unavailability.

3. Payment Options

We offer the following payment methods:

• Online Payment: via secure payment gateways using credit/debit cards, UPI, or net banking.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Full payment made upon delivery.
• Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD): Partial payment made in advance, and the remainder due upon delivery.

3.1. Partial COD Terms

• A fixed advance payment (e.g., ₹200–₹500) is required during order confirmation.
• If the customer refuses to accept delivery of the product without valid reason (e.g., defective or incorrect item), a ₹200 fee will be deducted from the refund or advance payment as handling and logistics cost.
• If Derris fails to deliver the product, the advance amount will be fully refunded.

3.2. Payment Security

All online transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways compliant with Indian financial regulations (RBI & PCI DSS standards).

4. Delivery and Location Tracking

4.1. We use IP address and approximate location data to estimate delivery timelines and show relevant offers or availability.
4.2. This data is used solely for delivery estimation and logistics optimization, not for personal identification or marketing purposes.
4.3. Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout and may vary based on courier delays, festivals, or unforeseen conditions.

5. Shipping and Returns

5.1. Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days of confirmation, unless otherwise stated.
5.2. Customers will receive tracking details via email/SMS after dispatch.
5.3. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery only for unused, unwashed products with original packaging and tags.
5.4. Customized or discounted products are not eligible for return unless defective.
5.5. Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

6. Cancellations

6.1. Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting our customer support.
6.2. Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
6.3. In case of prepaid or partial COD orders, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
