Refund & Return Policy

At Derris, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how refunds, returns, and cancellations are handled.
1. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting us via email or phone.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
- For prepaid or partial COD orders, eligible refunds will be initiated to the original payment source.
2. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- The return request is raised within 14 days of delivery.
- Custom or discounted products are not eligible for return unless defective.
To initiate a return, contact connect@derris.in with your order ID and reason for return.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds are initiated only after product inspection.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- For partial COD orders, if the customer refuses to accept delivery without valid reason, a ₹200 handling fee will be deducted before refund.
4. Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue.
- We’ll arrange a pickup and either issue a replacement or a full refund.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards, promotional vouchers, and discounted clearance items are non-refundable.
- Delivery charges are not refunded once the product is shipped.
6. Delays or Failed Deliveries
If a courier fails to deliver due to incorrect address or repeated non-availability, the order may be canceled and refund adjusted as per policy.
